Sick of being treated like a number? Do you appreciate good customer service? Enjoy a warm welcome? Look no further, at the Coffee Palace we pride ourselves on good, friendly service. Did we mention we're in an awesome location? There's a huge variety of pubs/bars, cafes and restaurants right at our doorstep. We're only a five minute walk to the beach, a ten minute tram ride from the city and a stones throw away from the Melbourne Formula One GP track. You wont find a better place to call home! The Coffee Palace, with it's relaxed environment is famous for providing a great time. The atmosphere is addictive - whether you're chilling out in the lounge, watching Fox Sports on the TV, playing a game of pool, chatting to our friendly staff or joining in with our daily activities. We'll guarantee you a funky good time! We have a WORKPLACE CENTRE that has JOBS AVAILABLE on a daily basis, (we have too much work at the moment!!) as well as a Travel Consultant on deck 7 days a week. The Coffee Palace is set in one of St Kilda's oldest and most historic buildings. It has all the character and charm of an old-school hostel, but with all the facilities you need. (Brand new renovated kitchen is awesome.) As it is an old building we ensure that our full time cleaners are on the go every day. (Rooms are cleaned every day, communal areas, bathrooms and kitchen area three times a day. Please disregard some recent comments, as it can look messy due to the oldness of the building. Come and see for yourself!!) We'll guarantee that you have an unbelievable experience whilst staying with us. AND..... you get FREE PANCAKES every day!! Just a little peep at the sort of stuff going on at the Coffee Palace. Monday Nights - Neighbours Nite or cheap jugs at the Prince Tuesday - Pool Comp. Happy Hour, followed by Cushion. St Kildas best backpacker night by far!! Wednesday Night - FREE Nibbles and Happy Hour Thursday Nights - Hot Dog night Friday Night - Coffee Palace BBQ on roof top. (Depending on weather!!) Saturday and Sundays - Plenty to choose from! Ask at reception or look out for our activities coordinator. Aussie Rules during the winter (Go Saints!!) and BBQ'sat the beach in the summer.
