B, D trains at Grand street stop go to Midtown along 6th Ave and to anywhere in Brooklyn, you can take this train to Empire State Building, the stop located on the corner of Grand street and Chrystie street, in 4 blocks away from your house.

Also there is F train on Delancey street, and J, M, Z trains on Essex street, which are located two blocks away from your house.
