General Group Booking Terms
By making a group reservation through Hostelworld.com you agree to the following terms and conditions as set by Hostelworld.com and as set by the hostel in question.
- In order to make a group reservation on Hostelworld.com it is necessary to pay a deposit. The balance is due directly to the hostel according to their payment conditions.
- The booking deposit is non-refundable.
- Please note that any cancellations must be notified directly to the hostel at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled arrival date, unless otherwise stated in the hostel's conditions.
- Hostelworld.com are not responsible for changes or amendments to your reservation once it has been processed. All correspondence with regard to changes to your booking need to be dealt with directly with the hostel.
- Cancellations for reservations must be made directly with the hostel and must conform with the individual hostels cancellation policy (see below)
- It is your responsibility to pay the balance of your accommodation cost to the hostel in accordance with their payment conditions (see below). Failure to do so may result in your reservation being cancelled by the hostel.
- Individual hostels may have special booking conditions relating to group stays, please read the hostel booking conditions carefully before making your reservation.
Hostel Specific Terms & Conditions
The remainder of the amount due will be charged to your credit card 4 weeks prior to arrival. Should numbers or room selection change, the per person deposit times the number of people who actually travelled will be deducted from the total accommodation charge levvied by the hostel.
Cancellation / No Show & Reduction in Numbers Policy
Should you wish to cancel this reservation, please call 800-844-4156 or 480-945-6330 or 829-677-1497 and lastly mail notice of cancellation TO: Renault Roberto Companies, 5016 Alta Drive, Suite One, Las Vegas, Nevada 89107. NO REFUND OF DEPOSIT IF CANCELLATION IS MADE LESS THAN 46 DAYS OF ARRIVAL.
Additional Terms and Conditions
MANAGEMENT AND SERVICE PERSONNEL: are on site normally from the hours of 9:00am to 4:00pm. In the event of an emergency or other issue, please call 829-677-1497, 800-844-4156, 1-702-258-7376
CHECK OUT: Check out time is 11:00AM on your DATE OF DEPARTURE. THERE IS AN EXTRA CHARGE FOR LATE CHECK OUT AND PRIOR APPROVAL IS REQUIRED. Please leave all keys, remote controls, and parking keys with the management. A $50 hour fee will be charged for each hour (or portion thereof) past the required check out time. A $50 per item fee will be charged for each lost key
CLEANING: Each property will be inspected, sanitized and cleaned after your departure. The rental deposit fee you have paid will provide for four hours of normal cleaning so that you can enjoy your vacation up to the last moment. YOU ARE REQUIRED to leave the property in the same general condition that you received it by making sure, dishes have been readied for washing, and the apartment is generally picked up and ready to be cleaned, dusted and sanitized. If additional cleaning is required, appropriate charges will be deducted from your security deposit at the rate of $25 per hour.
TELEPHONES: Telephones are NOT provided; if during office hours and Management is present telephones may be used to make as many local calls as you wish, BUT please keep in mind local calls do cost Perla de Sosua a per minute charge
SMOKING: Smoking is permitted. HOWEVER, an additional deduction from the deposit will be charged for cleaning in the event of smoking and any damages caused by smoking.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: You must bring with you such items as bath soap, shampoo, and all personal toiletries.
WHAT WE SUPPLY: The property is equipped and set up as a fully furnished property that will provide linens, pillows, towels, as well as a limited equipped kitchen, TVs, A/C in bedrooms, furnishings, and outdoor furniture. Additionally Perla de Sosua will provide at no additional charge, an initial BASKET of supplies (toilet paper, dishwashing soap, personal soap) and towels, with the exception of towels and linen changes, after this initial supply is used you must re-stock from the local supermarket or other sources of supplies as desired. Keep in mind your apartment is cleaned and ONLY re-supplied with towels and linen changes every 3rd day (2 nights). Maid does have keys and authority to enter the unit to service the apartment AT ANY TIME! WE MAY NOT HAVE ALL THE ITEMS YOU MAY BE ACCUSTOMED TO HAVING AT YOUR OWN HOME. If there is a special type of item you are accustomed to using such as special types of cooking utensil, etc. please provide for those items yourself. THERE WILL BE EXTRA CHARGES DEDUCTED FROM YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT FOR REPLACING ITEMS MISSING.
TENANTS LIABILITY: Tenant agrees to accept liability for any damages caused to the property (other than normal wear and tear) by Tenant or Tenants guests, including, but not limited to, landscaping, misuse of appliances, and/or equipment furnished. If damages are in excess of the security deposit being held, Tenant agrees to reimburse Perla de Sosua for costs incurred to repair/replace.
SLEEPING CAPACITY/DISTURBANCES: Tenants and all other occupants will be required to vacate the premises and forfeit the rental fee and security deposit for any of the following: A. Occupancy exceeding the sleeping capacity stated on the reservation confirmation. B. Using the premises for any illegal activity including, but not limited to, the possession, serving or consumption of alcoholic beverages by or to persons less than 21 years of age. C. Causing damages to the premises rented or to any of the neighboring properties. D. Any other acts which interferes with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their property. Any complaints from neighbors regarding excessive noise or other nuisances that may be cause for immediate termination of the lease and forfeiture of the tenant's entire security deposit plus additional fees. Perla de Sosua and its representatives do not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither do we accept liability for any inconvenience arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, electricity or plumbing. Nor will Perla de Sosua and its representatives accept liability for any loss or damage caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control.
ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS: You further agree to fully releases and discharges Owner from any and all claims, demands and causes of action by reason of any injury or whatever nature which has or have occurred, or may occur to the undersigned, or any of his/her guests as a result of, or in connection with the occupancy of the premises and agrees to hold Owner free and harmless of any claim or suit arising there from.
ACCESS: Only registered guess will be permitted access, all others desiring access to Perla de Sosua must personally be met at the gate by a registered tenant/customer. Gate(s) are to remain locked at all times

The following group types are <em>not</em> accepted by this hostel: <strong>Holiday with Friends, Junior / Primary School, High / Secondary School, College / University, Business Trip, Stag/Hen/Bachelor Party, Sports Group, Cultural Group</strong> If you have misrepresented the type of group you are booking for, your booking may be cancelled by the hostel.
We have 11 apartments, so if over 11 persons are booking some most reside with others. We allow a max of 2 persons for studio and 1 bedroom that is available and a max of 4 persons per 2 bedrooms, we have three 2 bedroom apartments balance are studio and 1 bedrroms
Any cancellations resulting from agreement to these terms and conditions under false pretences will result in loss of deposit.
