Ryokan Takayamaへの行き方

From Tokyo area:
From JR Tokyo Station to JR Nagoya Station, by Nozomi, Tokaido Shinkansen, 104min.
At Nagoya Station, switch to super-express train Wide-View Hida to JR Takayama Station, 155min.

From Osaka area:
From JR Shin-Osaka Station to JR Nagoya Station, by Hikari Shinkansen, 52min.
At Nagoya Station, switch to super-express train Wide-View Hida to JR Takayama Station, 155min.

By bus:

From Tokyo(Shinjuku) to Takayama, take a highway bus, about 5 hours.
From Osaka(JR Tennoji) to Takayama, take a highway bus, about 5 hours 27 minutes.

We are about 7 min walk from JR Takayama station. After getting out the exit of the station, walk north and turn right at the second traffic light, where you see a Pachinko Parlor on the left side, and Hotel Araza on the right side of the street. Turn left at the first traffic light and walk about 50m, you will see the ryokan on the right side of the street. If you take a taxi from Takayama station, it is a 3 min ride, and cost 650yen.
