ＪＲ京都駅・烏丸出口からなんと徒歩３分！ 英語はほとんど話せませんが、
身振り手振りで必死になってお世話します。この気持ちが通じれば本望です。
食事は一切なしの素泊り専門、お部屋はすべてお風呂とトイレが付いてます。
女性の一人旅歓迎。
煙草は館内どこでも灰皿があるところはＯＫ。お部屋には浴衣、バスタオル、フェースタオル、シャンプー、石鹸、歯ブラシ、ヘアードライヤーが用意。
冷蔵庫も各室にあり。
近所にはデパート、レストランなどたくさんあります。
