Can not believe all the bad reviews on the place. Almost didn't book it cos of these bad reviews. Easy to find, quiet, clean, hot water, cheap price, comfy beds and personal lockers also luggage storage. Was seriously very impressed perfect ten from me and my amigo

this hostel is very clean good showers and good beds but the best thing is how helpful the staff where. needed vaccinations here to travel to south america the staff were on the phone sorting it out for me and made sure i exactly understood with directions and ensured safety. also let you know exactly how much to pay for things and warn you about anything uncertain

This hostel cancelled my reservation as I arrived in Prague an hour before I was due to be there. All they said was "your reservation is cancelled due to overbooking thanks for understanding" they never replied to my emails when I asked if I would be charged or get my money back

this hostel is perfect for any traveller, very welcoming the staff continue to provide morrocon tea which tastes so good...very friendly and helpful people. good location comfortable bedding. also has a rooftop which allows you to see the roof skyline of merrekesh. easy to find and heaps of friendly people ten out of ten place!!!
