I stayed in a female 4 dorm and there were girls in my room sneaking in some guys and being really noisy in the dead of night so I had to tell them to leave. Night staff was friendly and checked up on me about it, day staff was much less accomodating and acted helpless about the whole thing while they're not. Would not stay here again because of staff attitude.
Thank you very much for your review, on the night in question our staff came to help as you mentioned and by the time we were able to help the men had left. We completely understand your situation and men are never invited into our female dorms. We offered to help you move rooms and we helped by offering a free breakfast as you had an unpleasant stay, however you refused both. We hope that you will stay again so that we can show you how good our staff are in dealing with these situations.
