General Group Booking Terms
By making a group reservation through Hostelworld.com you agree to the following terms and conditions as set by Hostelworld.com and as set by the hostel in question.
- In order to make a group reservation on Hostelworld.com it is necessary to pay a deposit. The balance is due directly to the hostel according to their payment conditions.
- The booking deposit is non-refundable.
- Please note that any cancellations must be notified directly to the hostel at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled arrival date, unless otherwise stated in the hostel's conditions.
- Hostelworld.com are not responsible for changes or amendments to your reservation once it has been processed. All correspondence with regard to changes to your booking need to be dealt with directly with the hostel.
- Cancellations for reservations must be made directly with the hostel and must conform with the individual hostels cancellation policy (see below)
- It is your responsibility to pay the balance of your accommodation cost to the hostel in accordance with their payment conditions (see below). Failure to do so may result in your reservation being cancelled by the hostel.
- Individual hostels may have special booking conditions relating to group stays, please read the hostel booking conditions carefully before making your reservation.
Hostel Specific Terms & Conditions
The remainder of the amount due will be charged to your credit card 2 weeks prior to arrival. Should numbers or room selection change, the per person deposit times the number of people who actually travelled will be deducted from the total accommodation charge levvied by the hostel.
Additional Terms and Conditions
Cancellation policy of no refund on the booking deposit or booking fee (where applicable) for a cancellation, no show or reduction in numbers of nights stay.
Any cancellations resulting from agreement to these terms and conditions under false pretences will result in loss of deposit.

Our guest house is centrally located just off the main road on a quiet and safe street. (15min walk to the old market/Pub Street) The surrounding area has many guest houses, ATMs, Marts, Restaurants, BBQ areas, Gym, massages, and salons. If you are hot from a long day of exploring Siem Reap, relax and enjoy a swimming pool that is less than 1 min walk from our guest house for only $3 for the entire day!

• Airport: transportation is free but need to pay $1.5 for the airport entrance fee
•Bus station: bus company’s name, departure time, departure place

For guests who kindly give the job to our drivers who pick you up from any stations, our driver will free of charge for the all pick up service from any place.
Please do let us know your arrival time information if you may need pick up service from our property!!
BEWARE TUK SCAM!
Other guest houses pay Tuk Tuk drivers a commission to take you to their hotel, usually because they are far away out of town. Tuk Tuk drivers often give out false information to try and convince travellers to stay somewhere else, for example they may say that this hostel is full. They may also try and claim that there is a second happy guesthouse - there is only ONE happy guesthouse. We offer a Free pick up service, please contact us with your arrival details by bus, boat or airplane and we will have free transport ready and waiting for you at any time of the day or night. Once you have booked just look out for the sign with your name on it!
