General Group Booking Terms
By making a group reservation through Hostelworld.com you agree to the following terms and conditions as set by Hostelworld.com and as set by the hostel in question.
- In order to make a group reservation on Hostelworld.com it is necessary to pay a deposit. The balance is due directly to the hostel according to their payment conditions.
- The booking deposit is non-refundable.
- Please note that any cancellations must be notified directly to the hostel at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled arrival date, unless otherwise stated in the hostel's conditions.
- Hostelworld.com are not responsible for changes or amendments to your reservation once it has been processed. All correspondence with regard to changes to your booking need to be dealt with directly with the hostel.
- Cancellations for reservations must be made directly with the hostel and must conform with the individual hostels cancellation policy (see below)
- It is your responsibility to pay the balance of your accommodation cost to the hostel in accordance with their payment conditions (see below). Failure to do so may result in your reservation being cancelled by the hostel.
- Individual hostels may have special booking conditions relating to group stays, please read the hostel booking conditions carefully before making your reservation.
Hostel Specific Terms & Conditions
The remainder of the amount due will be charged to your credit card ???? Should numbers or room selection change, the per person deposit times the number of people who actually travelled will be deducted from the total accommodation charge levvied by the hostel.
The following group types are not accepted by this hostel: Holiday with Friends, Junior / Primary School, High / Secondary School, College / University, Business Trip, Stag/Hen/Bachelor Party, Sports Group, Cultural Group If you have misrepresented the type of group you are booking for, your booking may be cancelled by the hostel."
Any cancellations resulting from agreement to these terms and conditions under false pretences will result in loss of deposit.

Most Hostel is a comfortable, clean and friendly place -- a home away from home.
Although we are considered to be an apartment, we operate on a hostel-type basis. This means that we accept 1-night bookings, encourage a strong communal atmosphere in our common areas, organize events, provide extensive assistance with travel inquiries, and ensure that each guest receives the attention and care that are seldom offered in other local tourist apartments.
Our spacious dorms (we do not cram dorms with beds, yet maintain low hostel prices), comfortable mattresses, fully equipped kitchen (incl. complementary breakfast/cooking items, although we do not offer breakfast), glitch-free air conditioning, large terrace, spotless restrooms and showers, reliable WIFI & free desktop computer use, cheap laundry (FREE for guests staying 3+ nights!), security lockers, TV/DVD access, complementary towels, a large common room/hangout area, and many other (seemingly obvious but often lacking) features for a truly comfy stay.
Most of all, the unique service that sets us apart is the genuine care that we have for each guest. Unlike many other hosts (who merely toss a map and key to guests), Gordana, the owner, always goes the extra mile with each and every person. Having been in this business for over a decade, she is a priceless resource for all your travel needs. On top of it all, she is a warm, friendly, and highly knowledgeable person who will make sure you are very well looked after (along with all other staff members)! Our numerous positive reviews and awards are a reflection of her fantastic contribution.
We are located in the center of this magical 3,000-year-old city...3 minutes away from a large farmers' market with an extensive supply of fresh and local fish, fruits & vegetables, various meat & cheese, etc. We are 2 minutes away from the Zlatna Vrata monument, as well as a variety of ice cream shops, bars, lovely restaurants, cafes, boutiques, and nightclubs (the most popular nightclub in town, Uljanik, is 2 minutes away). We are also a few minutes away from local bus stops to beaches and nearby towns.
Although the central location is one of our key features, we are located on a very safe and quiet street, which is essential for a restful stay!
The hostel consists of three dorms, two of which are very spacious--one is 27m2, and the other 24m2. The overall space is 117m2, and each room has its own restroom and shower stall or tub. All rooms are sunny during the day, with large windows and drapes when guests crave some afternoon shut-eye.
Guests are always encouraged to hang out in the common area, but are kindly asked to keep in mind that we are NOT a party hostel.
Rowdy/loud socializing and/or drinking is not allowed inside of the hostel past 11pm (23h) in order to allow fellow guests their sleep and quiet...as well as our neighbors!
There are so many options to choose from in the bustling nightlife that is our immediate proximity, this rule has never posed a problem to our guests -- in fact, it has been well-received over the years.
The owner's primary goal is to make guests feel at home, to encourage socializing & the exchange of experiences, to create a fun time for everyone, and be a reliable resource any travel-related topics. She is always more than happy to use her expertise in helping guests make detailed plans, and provide the kind of guidance that only a knowledgeable local resident would be able to.
CHECK-IN HOURS are between 8:30am-11pm (8:30am-23:00). If you are arriving at a different time, you must notify us via e-mail. Replying to our confirmation e-mails is very important.
We do not offer a 24hr reception. If you are checking in late and do not let us know, you may need to wait for an employee to let you in, or potentially lose your reservation!
If you do not contact us and are an 1+ hour late over your expected arrival time during the peak season (June-September), we will have no choice but to cancel your booking. Please plan and communicate with us accordingly.
