Stayed here for a week and truly loved it. The staff are phenomenal, i loved all the things they had to do every evening and felt very safe here. There is a security 24/7. It’s a little out of town but with a bike it’s only 5-10min.
They have a yoga/ workout area that I used a lot. I appreciated having a nice spot to just hangout if I didn’t want to do anything, spent many afternoons lounging poolside.
Playa Cocles is just a short walk away, gorgeous beach.
My only complaint would be that it’s a bit ex

Great hostel, good vibe, our room was old but ok ! The welcome drink it's good way to start meeting people

Very old and dated main site. Some of the dorms are nice and so are the private rooms. However, the service at the restaurant was terrible and the waiter had a really bad attitude about it. Waited over an hour for a burger and was told to “just go” when I asked where it was.
