Rumi's Guest house is Run by local nomadic family. We have 8 room with attached bathroom with beautiful sunset and sunsrise view with free wifi. Also we do organise camel safari tour in desert sleeping open under the star. Our guest house is known for its warm hospitality and authentic cultural experience. Some of the nearby tourist spots include Lake Fort (walking), Jain temple (walking), sunset view point (400 M), and Golden City Fort (walking). Rumis Guest House offers a welcoming atmosphere with all necessary facilities like a multi-cuisine restaurant, travel assistance, postal services as well as the most authentic camel safari in the Thar desert.

Great hostel - the rooms were clean and bright, easy walk to the old fort and the rooftop terrace was a fantastic place to hang out. Highly recommend, will stay again!

See, Rumi's stay was full so we were moved to Laxmi‘ s stay. Here are the issues we identified
1) No jet spray in the toilet
2) No more than one bucket
3) No Geysar
4) hot water by rod
5) The extra beds were not comfortable
6) No stool in the washroom
7) No room service as such

This is the cleanest, friendliest, best view hostel I have stayed in India. Ali the owner is one of the nicest people you will ever meet and he will do everything possible to make your stay comfortable. He picked me up from the bus station early in the morning (for free) and gave me room to sleep and shower. He also arranged a desert camel trip that I will never forget - it was incredible. You can sleep under the stars if you wish. If you are coming to Jaisalmer you must stay here!!
