Exclusive Dependance

Exclusive Dependance has many different room hostel and private rooms. You'll see a lots of colour, beds curtains, privacy, balcony 7. Two with bathroom inside, one with a shared bathroom outside room. One room with 3 bank beds, for a maximum occupancy of 7 people; bathroom inside and 2 balconies overlooking the historic center of Palermo. One room with 2 bank bed (bathroom inside), for a maximum occupancy of 4 beds and balcony and finally, 3 dormitories room one next to each other. First bedroom with 3 bunk beds, second bedroom with 1 bunk bed and third bedroom with 2 twin beds.

Each of our bathrooms is equipped with: toilet seat, toilet paper, shower gel and hand soap in the special dispensers, hairdryer and towel.
Bath towels are included for those who book private rooms, for a fee for those who book a bed in a dormitory, at a unit cost of € 2.

Position of maximum privilege in the heart of the historical center of Palermo. A few steps from the main courses and tourist attractions of the city. Within walking distance you will also find supermarkets, pubs, tourist attractions, historic buildings, restaurants, pizzerias, historical markets of Palermo (Vucciria, Ballaro, Capo). Distances from: Via Vittorio Emanuele, called the Cassaro 240 meters, Quattro Canti 600 meters, Unesco walking path, Via Maqueda 600 meters, Antica Focacceria S.Francesco 80 meters, Historical Market Vucciria.

Rooms at the Dependance have colourful interiors and mosquito nets. Some have a private bathroom. while other rooms come with a shared bathroom. Some rooms also feature a balcony.

Exclusive Dependence Policies & Conditions:

Cancellation policy: 7 days before arrival.
Check in from 3 pm to 9 pm.
Check out time 10:00.
Last check-in time 1 am.
Late check-in after 9 pm € 5 for reservation.
Late check-in after 11 pm € 10 for reservation.
A luggage storage is available for free before check-in, after check-out 1 euro for each luggage.
Parking bicycle is allowed (occupancy max 2 bike) by payment 4€ for each day.

We ask all our guests to leave the keys of the structure before check-out in a special box.
Anyone who loses the keys is subject to payment of a sum equal to € 5.00


Payment upon arrival by cash.
Taxes not included - occupancy tax 1.50 EUR per person per night for a total of 4 consecutive nights.
