HI Faro – Pousada de Juventude.

For such an affordable price, this place was so great. My friend and I stayed for 4 nights, we loved the breakfast and the rooftop/terrace, we felt very safe there as there was always a member of staff on duty, and there were lockers for us to keep our valuables. Not sure if it was the fact I was often waking up early anyway but the peacocks were never an issue. The staff were very friendly, only critic of this place is that the bunkbeds were incredibly squeaky. Overall, value for money is great

No AC and you really feel it in the dorms even when it wasn’t a hot night. They have fans but they’re dusty and only really help if you have it directly on you. Shower facilities were good. Kitchen is tiny. Free breakfast was a nice touch. My bed base was broken which made for a lopsided sleep but for one night I couldn’t be bothered complaining. Overall served its purpose for the night, nothing special.

this is one of the worst place Ihave liv so far in Europe. I had a bad experience here with cleaning and room. I could not sleep for an hour at night. I booked for a female dorm 4 bed. I got a top bed and there was no charging point on the wall. there are only 3 points in the lower wall. the room is suffocating and while breathing I felt air is dusty. The room is moderately clean and all the sheets are no longer white. There is no charging point for everyone. it just gave me a feeling that I end
