Top Floor has a reception on the second floor inside the building in Naples at Piazza Garibaldi 73. Top Floor has 9 rooms located on multiple floors. There are 6 double rooms, 1 triple room, 1 male dormitory room with two bunk beds for a total of four beds and a female dormitory room with two bunk beds for a total of four beds. All rooms have a bathroom inside.
The B & B 'Top Floor' is born from the desire of conviviality and hospitality in a family environment and luxurious and at the same time with the spirit to enjoy and rejoice in the beauty of the city of Naples which was the capital of the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies.
The property is very well located with easy connections to visit the main tourist destinations in Naples.
Top Floor Policies & Conditions:
Cancellation policy: 7 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.
Check in from 14:30 to 18:00 . On request the property can do the check in 24 hours a day for an extra charge of €10.
Check out from 10:00 .
Payment upon arrival by cash, credit cards.
This property may pre-authorize your card before the arrival.
Taxes not included - occupancy tax 2.5 EUR per person per night.
Breakfast not included - 10 EUR per person per day.
Reception Hours 10:00 to 18:00
We do not accept customers younger than 18 years old years of age.
Non smoking.
In the dormitory rooms every day guests who stay several days must leave the room before 10.00 am and can return from 2.30 pm to allow the cleaning in the room and bathroom daily.

Very central location and nicely furnished room with modern bathroom. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, making a check-in at night possible due to our delayed flight.

Just next to the Naples Garibaldi station (the main station), you find the hostel, it’s very convenient if you travel by train, as I do, or even if you get in with public transportation from the airport.
Carmine, who runs the place is a very good host! When you arrive, he’ll give you a map, explain where everything is, you can communicate with him via WhatsApp, he’ll even send you some links together with the door codes you’ll be needing while you’re staying there.
