There is a variety of rooms that you can choose from: Room with big windows, massive window, balcony, or 1-bedroom apartment. All the rooms can be accessible to kitchen facilities, so it is very convenient and also a place for you to meet new people.

When you stay with us, you are immersing yourself in a busy Saigon life, where you can see how we go to school, work and nightlife.

Property Policies:
1. Check-in time: 14:00pm to 23:00pm
- Guests are kindly requested to provide their passports with valid entry/ exit visa or identity cards for check in formalities.
2. Check-out time: 06:00am to 12:00 noon
- If you check-out late, there will be an additional fee. In case of necessity, please contact Reception.
3. Refundable damage deposit:
(1) A damage deposit of VND5000,000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment.
(2) You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
4. Cancellation policy: 2 days advance notice for free cancellation
- In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

6. Breakfast: not included
7. No curfew
8. No smoking in rooms, but designated area is provided
9. Child policy: Children of any age are welcome.
10. Cotsand Extra bed policy:
(1) Cot upon request (0-2 years):
VND50,000 per child, per night
(2) Extra bed upon request (0-6 years): VND100,000 per child, per night
(3) Extra bed upon request (7+ years):
VND180,000 per person, per night
(4) Prices for cots and extra beds are not included in the total price, and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
(5) All cots and extra beds are subject to availability.
11. Pets are not allowed.
12. Reception working hours: 24 hours
13. It is strictly forbidden to bring weapon, explosives, inflammable, narcotics (drug), prohibited goods, pets, unpleasant smell food & bulky assets into the room (please check with our reception team for a certain item)
