The property lies in Meidling District. From Meidling two station and 7 mins walk. From airport, train goes to Meidling direct. The property have 10 rooms, 3 bathroom and 3 toilet. All rooms are private and key lock. The Kitchen and garden area are shared.

We are located near Petrol pump so there is 24 hours shop open near to us. Pizza Restaurant and Chinese buffet are available near our place. On normal working days there are lots of super market near by. From our property you can see the U6 Station Schöpfwerk so even on weekend there is no problem with transportation where you want to travel in Vienna and its convenient when you have access to Underground lines.

The place is designated for Guest. Somehow after 11 pm shared space can be use but should be keep silence.


We are available online on whats app or at call till you get check in from 9 am till late after mid night.

Cancellation policy: 7 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

Check in from 16:00 to 23:00 .
Check out from 00:00 to 10:00 .

Payment before arrival by Bank Transfers.
