The staffs are kind, specially Masmud. The owner, well, like almost all owners in Egypt, wanna sell you tours. Because of a try of him to sell me an cheaper balloon ride, I lost it. It was really bad. The room has a very good size, the bathroom was OK, but all the soaps were opened. It has a good location in Luxor West Side. The 'ferry' they tell you to take from the east side is not the public ferry, so they will charge you til 10x more if it is night. Pay attention on this.

Very friendly staff! But a bit disappointed with the facilities - room was very spacious and nice, but not cleaned when arrived - visibly dirty towels in the bathroom, stains on sheets and prior guests belongings still in room (I had a private room).
Also one of the staff said to me that they had gone into my room while I was out "to check on me", the next day when I came back I found that the room had been left unlocked when I had locked it upon leaving. So a bit odd there. Also, this is definitely more of
