We arrived in Split from Budapest early in the morning and went straight to the hostel where we had a reservation. However, we encountered an unexpected situation.
When we arrived at 5 a.m., we were informed that the check-in was not until 2 p.m. and were asked to wait outside. We requested to leave our luggage, but we were told to leave them in the middle of the bar without the hostel taking any responsibility. This caused us some discomfort as we had to explore Split with our suitcases for several hours.

This place is just fun. Like great staff and mostly solo travelers under 30. Clean, safe, and in the heart of town. People were very friendly, and the included breakfast was really solid too. Like this place just brings out the best in you.

Good location and good vibes in the room! Easy to meet people and organize going out. Downsides are there are no towels, and the room I was in had no railings on the top bunks which was kind of scary. Many people had money stolen out of their rooms the week I was there
