Bit of a mixed bag for me. The hostel has a pool and is only a few minutes walk from all the bars. However, the sheets in my room were really worn away and uncomfortable. The bed was also very uncomfortable. I had read that this hostel is quieter than others in Tamarindo but it was fairly noisy. Music goes off at 11pm but you can still hear stuff because the walls are thin. The biggest negative for me was the staff. I asked one a question and he acted like I had said something rude.

staff could have been more helpful and accommodating, felt like i was bothering them the entire stay. otherwise, good location. not a lot of parking availability.
