Can Mocamp

Instead of being in the noisy town center Can Mocamp gives a natural, peaceful world under olive trees… and it is just 1300 m to the city square. It is also a diving resort that you take the certificate of all levels of both SSI and PADI

HISTORY
Can Mocamp the first backpackers hostel&camping. Of Kas was found in 1985.
Between 2008-2011 it was closed because of marina and motorway construction around the establishment. After a 4 years disaster it was rebuilt with a project by the worldwide backpackers.
In 2019 the 120 years old stones house which was Can’s mother’s grandfather house was restoratör and converted a hostel building covering 3 well equipped dormitories.
In 2021 Livorno, the Italian restaurant was found and became a very well known restaurant all over the country in a very short time.
In 2024 all infrastructure system, all toilets and showers were renewed upon the complaints that received in 2023 season.
The swimming pool, designed for diving training and fun facilities was built in 2024 and Can Mocamp became a DIVING RESORT with experienced instructors and quality equipment.

It is nice to know you can get up in the morning, grab a coffee and start your diving class 👌.

ACCOMODATION
We offer accommodation to suit all guests including dormitory (each dorms offers curtain beds, large comfortable mattress, your own power outlets, nlght light. There are also fast free WiFi through out the whole establishment , hot showers and metal lockers for your safety)
Standart rooms (fan bungalow) for the budget/backpackers and mid-range to Deluxe bungalows (ensuit,a/c, balcony)for couples and families.

DIVING
Discovering the underwater world with CAN Divers and get your worldwide diving licence.
Book your diving course in a package with accommodation.

FACILITIES
Yoga session is done on pool stage, you can also set your yoga session for Can Mocamp people.
There is live music in Livorno restaurant in some days and blues concert on Saturdays in n Mid Bar. There is also jam session stage in campsite on “giant olive stage”. You can easily join and give your concert.
As a tradition of long years every Saturday big barbeque is fired up for common use of Can Mocamp people.
