クレジットカードが使えなかった。 フロントの対応に不満足。昼間は、掃除のおばさんに顧客対応を任せるのは、安宿なので仕方ないものの、 掃除のおばさんは、（仕事が忙しいのはわかるが）苛立ちすぎ、何度も理不尽な理由で、スペイン語で怒られた。 （小生、最低限のスペイン語旅行会話は出来ますが、結構、苦労しました） 例えば、外出してホテルに戻れば、閉まっている扉を開ける依頼をするのは当然だと思うのだが、それだけで、「忙しいのに邪魔しないで」と怒られた。 また、共同トイレが3つあるのは良いのだが、うち、二つは便座なし、唯一便座のあるトイレが度々故障。 不便ですね。

No heating. People living there screaming and singing. It feels like a guetto

The hostel was very minimal, which can be expected for the price. I stayed in a private room, which consisted of two single beds and no AC, just a fan. The fan provided was extremely loud, but did the job. The walls are not very thick, at night you could hear people walking around, doors closing, etc. In terms of facilities, the hostel only had rooms and bathrooms, there were no kitchen facilities or fridge and freezer as highlighted on the website page.
