The city of Arequipa was declared a “World Heritage Site” by Unesco in 2000. It is the capital of the Department of Arequipa, also known as “la Ciudad Blanca” or “White City”, due to its numerous and magnificent constructions, such as temples, convents, mansions, and palaces, built with white volcanic rock (sillar).
Our guesthouse is a large colonial house, specially remodeled to offer you a friendly service for a most relax and enjoyable stay.
Our rooms offers, -Our prices include breakfast and all taxes. -With the exception of the dormitories, all our rooms come with a private bathroom and cable TV -Prices are stated at an approximate exchange rate, and are subject to change.

No toilet paper in bathrooms, not clean… rooms very old. Location is pretty good.

The building is in need of some repairs. The shower is nice as well as upstairs sitting area. The breakfast is minimal--- bread and jam. They didn't have requested room due to illness of other guest. Other room we stayed with double bed had no windows and minimal lighting in bathroom. Stored luggage during trek and manager ceaser was helpful in organizing trek but owner less so...its okay for a night or two but maybe not best value.

This was a great hostel that provided hot water and a strong WiFi connection in the room and upstairs. Breakfast was kinda weak since it was only bread, one hard boiled egg, and slices of avocado and cheese. The location is within walking distance to the Plaza and all the nice restaurants. The only downside is that it’s on a busy corner so if you’re looking for absolute peace and quiet, I wouldn’t recommend. Overall, it’s a great value for the money spent and I would entertain the hostel again.
