PardiseGarden is a small eco-friendly hostel with a family like attitude for young and old. Here you will find likeminded travellers as well as some long term guests who are involved in voluntary work or internships or.
In our fully equipped self catering kitchen you can prepare delicious meals or make friends at one of the many barbecue nights.
If you have not planned your trips yet there is a travel desk at the reception where you can get all travel information about Namibia and the surrounding countries. We can find the best rental cars for you and design your personal travel itinerary with you or book you on tours at no extra price.
On our black board we inform you about upcoming events and if interested take you with for a walk or to a market. And if you just want to relax our large swimming pool or our cosy lounge is the perfect space for that.

Cancellation policy: 72h before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.
Check in from 06:00 to 23:00 .
Check out before 10:00 .
Payment upon arrival by cash.
Taxes included.
Breakfast not included - 75 NAD per person per day.
Reception hours 6:00hs to 23:00hs
Child friendly.
Non smoking.

The place feels like a small family. They want you to have a great trip, going so far that she even organised a car for me when Budget screw up. They have a big pool everything is clean, the neighbourhood feels safe. Power Adapters for EU were supplied.

The owner/front desk person has terrible customer service. My 2 incidents with her made the experience horrible. As well it's such an old building that it creaks so loud. No fan for a room of 8 people - no ventilation at all. There were mosquitoes in the room - only 2 toilets/washrooms for the whole place. Fridge space is small.

Let's start with be the positives...clean, big bathrooms, quiet location (although no close shops/restaurants), decent kitchen and places to hangout.
BUT super hot dorms with no fans/ac. Lower bunks have limited head room
But the real problem for me was the attitude of the owner as alluded to in other reviews. When I asked if there was a fan for the dorm it was just 'no' Ditto when i changed my plans & tried to get a refund for the 2nd night..sometimes hostels can help guests, not here. Avoid
