Facilities and location are good.But staff is so bad.I booked bus ticket to Hue from Ha long bay.a staff sent me to the bus station.Then I didn’t give him detail and bus ticket.He said to me that you stay here and he left.This is the start to crazy story.I cannot write details but finally the bus didn’t go to Hue.I recommend to you that you shouldn’t book the bus this hostel .

Excellent!
Staff were so friendly and helpful. Room was so nice and clean. Location was good, only 3 mins walk to go to the park, 10 mins to go to the beach.
Address was changed a bit. 20 meters from the old one. Next to Starlight Hotel. Come there to check in.

Happy hostel is closed, so I stayed at the Fancy hostel, that I defines a 5S hostel! Perfect location and facilities
Staff is amazing: friendly and helpful.
I was uograded to a 4 bed dorm, with private bathroom. The dorm was spacious and clean.
Thank you all, I had an amazing time!
