Escarabajo Hostel is located in Cerro Bellavista, one of the beautiful hills of Valparaiso, near to the city center and surrounded by attractions such as traditional bars, cultural centers, restaurants, an open-air museum of street art, and is pretty close to one of Pablo Neruda”s famous houses, La Sebastiana. The hostel is easily accessible by walking, colectivo (shared taxi) or bus.

In Escarabajo Hostel have comfortable double and shared rooms, all with security lockers, bathroom and shower in the room.

Based on local tax laws, Chilean citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Chile) must pay an additional fee of 19%.

This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation.

A deposit via bank wire is required to secure reservations. The property will contact guests at least 2 times after bookings are made to provide bank wire instructions. If they can't confirm the payment, they will contact Customer Service to cancel the reservation. Guests should give an answer within 72 hours.
