ホストの方が本当にとっても親切で素敵な方でした。頂いたホームメイドのオレンジジュースの美味しさは忘れられません。部屋も可愛らしく、眺めの良いバルコニーもついていて、朝食はそこで食べました。キッチンも使いやすかったです。旧市街からは少し離れているのと、長い階段を登らなければならないのが大変でしたが、バスの乗り場なども詳しく教えてくれますし、立地以外はとても良かったので大満足でした。帰りも朝早くに空港まで車で送ってもらいました。ここを選んで良かったです。

Villa Ivan is great. The room is well set up and clean, the bathroom clean, the balcony added a lot to the stay. Ivan goes out of his way to help and advise his guests, and is a stellar host. The location is workable (25 minute walk to the old city, near a couple of bus stops) but the buses aren’t that frequent. Not a dealbreaker at all but something to keep in mind.

Friendly owners, very helpful. Location is far from old town (30min walk) but there is an easy bus service to use. Benefit of being far away from old town - the view! Stunning views every sunset that meant you didn't want to leave.
Would stay here again, or recommend to friends visiting Dubrovnik.
