Amazingly friendly and helpful staff, located literally 30 meters from the entrance to Pamukkale, and solid free breakfast included. Fantastic value for your money. Truly can't really anything to fault here.

The problem I had here was that Mustafa Pansion does not exist. Hasn't for 2 years. It's now Mustafa Otel in behind the restaurant area. I showed the staff member out front of the restaurant my booking. He simply informed me the Pansion was closed and nodded towards the derelict building next door. So I immediately organised accom at another nearby place. Later I found the Mustafa check in point. I spike to them and they charged me one night anyway as some compromise as the website charges them.

Great location and fair value.
The staff, warm and welcoming makes you feel at ease. Highly appreciated the earlier check in.
