Hostel Sentral

Staff there gave no advice on what to see. I woke up one morning to find the clearer looking into my room from the balcony. No common room or chance to talk to other guests. The location was great however.

Horrible place, would never go back. There was visible mold in the bathroom and my clothes smelled like mold. Also got a little sick. It was very dirty everywhere, not enough toilet paper and the only soap was a bar soap which was not cool to use in a hostel. My private room hadn’t been cleaned in a while - i can only hope that the linens were changed. Location was good.

after staying in a few hostels in Krakow, being very impressed by the standards on every level, I expected Katowice to be the same. Sentral hostel was the only one who showed on my Hostelworld search for some reason, so I went for it. the receptionist was very nice and helpful, and the location is great (as the name, very central - next to the train station and the market, shopping mall and more...). but the room was very disappointing, felt like a cheap motel, a bit depressing atmosphere.
