1)    The CHECK-IN time must be between 3:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m.
2)    CHECK-OUT must always be done before 10:00 in the morning.
3)    The keys will be handed over at the establishment in Calle Carero, nº1, Alcalá, Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
4)    Pets are not allowed during the entire stay in the establishment.
5)    The entry into the establishment of intoxicated persons or anybody under the state of any narcotic substance is be prohibited.
6)    You should make try to maintain an appropriate tone of voice throughout your stay.
7)    The maximum number of guests per accommodation must be respected at all times.
8)    The keys will be placed in the mailbox located in the entrance hall of this establishment (mentioned above).
9)    The right to hand out a second set of keys is reserved when deemed appropriate.
10)   We are not responsible when the service in the establishment is interrupted by natural causes, or of any other
        nature and when that cause is beyond our control.
11)   Payment can be realized in full amount at the time of booking (when it´s online) or on arrival at the establishment.
12)   To carry out the registration, it will be necessary to present:
a)    Spanish citizens: D.N.I., Passport or Driver's license.
b)   EU Member Citizens: Identity Document or Passport.
c)    Citizens not a Member of the EU: Passport.

We inform you that:

•    A DEPOSIT OF €30 PER RESERVED ROOM WILL BE CHARGED ON YOUR CREDIT CARD at the time of registration, the return
operation will proceed after CHECK-OUT. WE INFORM YOU       THAT DELAYS DUE TO THE REFUND PROCESS BY BANK IS NOT RESPONSIBILITY OF THE ESTABLISHMENT.

THE MONEY WILL NOT BE RETURNED WHEN:

-    THE GUEST SMOKES IN THE RENTED ROOM.
-    Borrowed objects haven´t been returned during your stay.
-    Damages are created and the manager or receptionist is not notified.
-    Domestic animals enter the accommodation.
-    The keys are not returned or lost.
-    THE GUEST LEAVES THE ROOM AFTER 10:00 A. M.

The client is reminded that, after THE END OF THE STAY in the room, the management reserves the right to verify that the room has been vacated. If required, the entrance key will be blocked and all belongings will be removed.
