Great value for money, although more expensive than other hostels as it is in the hotel zone of Cancun.. this is a full on resort and well worth it! We had a dorm to ourselves as the place was massive. No social side but it was a good holiday destination close to many restaurants.

There is a good vibe overall, however staff are straight up rude. Even when I offered to pay a new deposit, I was not allowed a key for my room even though I couldn’t get in and was told to sleep outside for the night….as a solo female traveller returning at 1am this is so unsafe. Also sleeping on a top bunk was extremely uncomfortable and I hurt myself multiple times as the ceiling was so close to my head. Literally turning from one side to the other I hit my head badly.

Staff were really friendly and very interesting people. The rooms were basic but functional. Could do with some curtains. Pool is nice. Good kitchen.
