This newly renovated house, built in the 1930's is nestled into a quiet community, 15 minutes walk into the center of downtown Nassau where you can find local restaurants, beaches, both hospitals, US Embassy & Bahamas Immigration office. Also a 5 minutes walk to the popular Green Parrot restaurant and Bay Street Marina.
Property has 3 different rooms: 1 private room, 1 female dorm only and 1 mix dorm. The property has 12 beds in total split us between the 3 rooms. Bathroom, living room and fully equipped kitchen are a shared spaces by all guests.

Cancellation policy: 3 days before arrival.
Check in from 13:00 to 23:00 .
Check out from 07:00 to 11:00 .
Payment upon arrival by credit cards, debit cards.
Cleaning Fee - $10 per-person (not included)

No curfew.
We do not accept customers younger than 18 years of age.
Non smoking.

Great place, great people what more can I say..I would definitely go back! I read reviews before going alot of them were saying good things about the host Oneil and they were right!!

The location is good - it’s within walking distance of most of the main attractions. I’d recommend booking the private room! It’s old but really spacious. Overall the facilities are quite old and run down but is pricy for what you’re getting.

It’s a fairly basic hostel but does the job. The main draw is the price in an otherwise expensive town. Don’t expect too much, and you won’t be disappointed.
