Overpriced and understaffed. room was very small and very basic for the price paid and our shower didn't have any hot water despite paying for an ensuite room. just not good unfortunately.

Reception staff very friendly. Location an 8 minute walk to the plaza. Very clean and comfortable beds. No kettle in room but shared kitchen is big and well stocked with pots/pans/etc. Bathroom a little dated but clean. Communal areas kept clean. Offer laundry drop off and pick up which is slightly more than other shops but convenient. One draw back - the rooms aren’t sound proofed at all so can hear everything! Also people are considerate when leaving for the excursions at 3-4am

This is not a hostel for backpackers. Pros- comfy beds, good shower Cons- no atmosphere for backpackers, every penny a prisoner at every stage. Most hostels will allow you to check in before time if your room is ready or may let you use a communal shower. This was not an option here. Despite our eventual roommate telling us our beds were clean and empty the night before, the hostel made us wait from 8am to 3pm to get our room with no leeway. Also 1 key between 3 friends. Extra cost to use communal shower
