Meow Hotel & Cafe

We had an amazing stay at Meow, the owner is very lovely and happy to help. The free cold water is a huge bonus. The room was spacious and very clean, the bathroom was amazing (I want one like it at home)! The shower has great pressure. It’s definitely not a party hostel but it was a great place for us to explore the city and come back and relax at the end of the day :)

THIS IS A S**M, NOT AN ACTUAL HOSTEL! I made my booking, which was confirmed and the deposit was deducted from my accout. Upon arrival, I was told there was no room for me by the person supposedly running the reception. Over the following ten minutes, I was first laughed at, then repeatedly insulted and screamed at. During my brief, disappointing visit to this establishment, I’d seen nothing that would even remotely point to Meow being an actual hostel (no other guests, etc.). These observations force me to conclude that this is in fact not a hostel, but a blatant, dishonest scam. I would call the people who run it garbage, but that would be an insult to garbage. Hope they enjoy the 6€ they stole from me. If you’d like to keep your faith in humanity, please avoid this listing. I will do my best to reach the website about the situation.
