We are The Salty Pelican Yoga & Surf Retreat. It’s a place where there's a great opportunity to connect with a collective bunch of feel-good people looking for a dose of health, inspiration, good vibes and good times. The Salty Pelican Yoga & Surf Retreat is a lifestyle, a place where like minded new friends connect, eat great food, practice yoga daily and learn how to surf… We love what we do here and employ people who thoroughly enjoy their jobs.

Terms and conditions:

Cancellation policy: 7 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged 100% of your stay. Cancellations or changes to your booking must be made by direct phone call or by direct email.
Check in from 14:00 to 22:00 ( Arrivals after this time cannot be accepted, cancelled and charged 100% of the booking )

Breakfast NOT INCLUDED ( €12 p.p. per day )
Yoga NOT INCLUDED ( €20 p.p. per class )
Surf Lessons NOT INCLUDED ( €45 p.p. per class )
Surfboard rental NOT INCLUDED ( €35 per day )

Age restriction:
Bookings usually cannot be accepted from any person under the age of 16. However, under special request we may be able to accommodate children depending on the season and property capacity. We reserve the right to refuse any booking, if you arrive with young children with no prior consent the booking will be cancelled and charged 100% of the booking.

Non smoking. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside our building, bedrooms or dormitories. We do however provide our guests with the exclusive use of our outdoor patio, garden and balconies, where smoking is permitted, and ashtrays are provided. Any guest found smoking within the building will be asked to leave the premises immediately and will not be offered a refund.

Force majeure:
We cannot accept any liability where the booking could not be fulfilled due to circumstances which we could not, even with due care, have foreseen or avoided. Such events may include, but are not limited to, war, threat of war, civil commotion or strife, hostilities, natural disaster, fire, act of god, terrorist activities, technical problems with transportation, flight cancellations, closures of airports, ports and/or ferries, quarantine, epidemics, weather conditions, government action or other events outside our control.

Personal property:
Guests may use secure lockers, however it remains the guest's responsibility to ensure that their personal belongings are secure at all times. The Salty Pelican Surf & Yoga Retreat accepts no liability for the loss, theft or damage to property however sustained or caused.

Guest behavior:
The comfort, safety and security of our guests is of paramount importance to The Salty Pelican Surf & Yoga Retreat. Any guest(s) who, in the opinion of our staff, compromise the comfort, safety or security of other guests or any staff - will be requested to leave the retreats premises and will only be offered a refund at our discretion. Guests are expected to respect other guests, staff and property. In the case of groups, the group leaders must ensure that all members of their group behave in an acceptable manner and follow local laws. Failure of any individual group member to do so will result in the expulsion of the whole group and loss of deposits.

Other:
The Salty Pelican Surf & Yoga Retreat reserves the right to modify its rates for economic purposes, such as fluctuations in currency, inflation, or an increase in supplier costs. Any changes in rates will not affect bookings that have already been confirmed by The Salty Pelican Surf & Yoga Retreat. In the event that The Salty Pelican Surf & Yoga Retreat, under exceptional circumstances, is unable to provide the guest with the agreed rooms on arrival, The Salty Pelican Surf & Yoga Retreat will provide a room of equal or superior quality at no extra charge.
