Residencia Universitaria Erasmo

The Erasmo Residence Hall is located within the campus of the Autonomous University of Madrid, located 15 km from the city center. It offers single and double studios with a kitchenette, a private bathroom and free Wi-Fi. Some also have parquet floors and a flat-screen TV. All studios have towels and sheets, some rates include cleaning and breakfast. If the rate includes breakfast, it will be served in the dining room of the residence.

The residence has a fitness center, terrace, different study rooms, self-service laundry, leisure room with a pool table, private parking, cafe and 24-hour reception.

The Erasmo Residence Hall is well connected to Madrid thanks to the RENFE train station located 10 minute walk away. The train takes just 20 minutes to reach Puerta del Sol, Madrid's main square. This residence is open to the university community all year round. It offers accommodation to all members of the Educational or University Community (students, professors, researchers, administrative staff, etc.) to those participating in academic and scientific congresses, cultural and sports groups; and holders of an international student card or similar. This is the perfect option for staying in Madrid and enjoying a young and dynamic university environment.

*Please note that there is no breakfast service from December 22nd until January 5th, and the cafeteria will be closed from December 21st until January 6th. As well, the cafeteria will be closed from the August 1st until August 29th of 2023, both included.
