Welcome to Berat Backpackers, the first backpacker hostel to open in Berat and the second in the whole of Albania!. This 300 year old house is a UNESCO protected building with traditional features set in an amazing location, in the historic Gorica quarter of Berat.
With 4 beautifully decorated double rooms, 3 dorms and a family room, we're sure to be able to cater to your needs. All of our guests can enjoy a free breakfast each morning, including traditional Albanian Pastry's.

立地や景色や周辺の雰囲気がとても良かったです。ホステルを探していると、近所の人が助けてくれようと何度か声をかけてくれました。一つだけどうしても耐えられなかったのはホステル内の水回り中心ににおってくる強烈な嘔吐物の匂いでした。お陰でシャワーを浴びる気にも慣れず、一晩泊まった翌朝早々にチェックアウトしました。私たち以外気にしている様子はなかったので、他の人は平気なのかもしれません。他の面はとても良かっただけに残念です。

Amazing hostel, plenty of places to sit and enjoy the peaceful terraces. My only complaint is that they convert euro to leke 10% off what is is which I don’t really agree with. But the beers and stuff were reasonably priced and good volunteers

when the volunteers in a hostel make themselves feel like guests, the end result is strange. it was pouring with rain, and the the only indoor shared room was fully occupied by the volunteers. they were apathetic and uninterested. the social atmosphere was therefore very bad and cliquey. the albanian lady who runs the place is lovely. breakfast is nice. but a lazy apathetic approach by the volunteers, more interested in making themselves feel lile guests, leaves a bad impression.
