United Auckland

United Auckland is situated in the heart of the city.

The hostel features private single, double and family rooms, with shared bathrooms on every level of the building, access to a large communal fully-equipped kitchen and dining area, and a coin-operated laundry in the basement.

All rooms in the hostel are fitted with a TV, and secure luggage storage is available for guests at the onsite reception.

All bedding, linens and towels are included as well as unlimited wifi.

Short, mid and long-term stays are all welcome - the perfect option for those on a budget.

Cancellation
Change or cancel up to 48 hours before arrival to avoid the first night charge.

Check Out
We request that guests fully vacate the property by 10am. Secure storage is available on request at reception.

Communal Kitchen
Please keep areas clean and tidy, and wash any used cutlery, cookware, dishes etc.

COVID-19 Declaration
We request that guests complete and sign a self-declaration form. If the declaration is not completed, the property manager may ask you to leave and cancel your reservation without a refund.

Damage & Strong Odour
If any part of the property is left damaged or uninhabitable during or after stay due to damage or strong odour, we reserve the right to charge the guest replacement costs or cleaning fees.

Fire Alarm Charges
If a fire alarm is set off by guest negligence or misuse, the guest will be liable to pay the fire service call out charge of NZ$1500. Any guest suspected or caught tampering with smoke detectors or sprinklers will be asked to leave the property immediately without a refund of the room rate.

Key
A replacement cost of up to NZ$100 will be charged if it has been damaged, lost or not returned.

Lock Out
A possible call out fee of NZ$65 will be charged to regain after-hours access to the room.

Non-Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside any part of the property, this includes the use of vapes. Guests who smoke inside the rooms are liable to pay a cleaning fee.

Social Code
We request you to respect all other guests and keep the noise level to a minimum after 10pm. Should we receive any noise complaint, this will be considered as a first warning and if repeated, we reserve the right to ask you to leave the property quietly.
