Great hostel, almost flawless! Pretty quiet this time of the year. Take the L3 from the bus station to get here - faster and cheaper than an Uber.
My only suggestion would be to add reading lights to the individual dorm beds.

Stayed in the deluxe twin room for 4 nights at a 50% off rate via. Hostelworld. It was a beautiful room and a very nice hostel overall. The only item to note was two staff members who were unnerved that I dabbed up a bit of coffee with one of the towels from the room. They seemed to be upset with us for the totality of the stay - which seemed very surprising for this minor occurrance. The other staff members were great - and I would definitely stay again.

The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The location was just perfect. Plenty of activities to get acquainted with other travelers and to get to know, appreciate, and enjoy the beautiful city of Puebla. I highly recommend this hostel to anyone visiting Puebla and will definitely be a return customer next time I am in town.
