If location and price are your priorities, this place is great. The bed was fine. The sheets were clean, as were the towels and the bedroom itself. However, with attention to some small details, this place could be nicer. The kitchen was dirty - the floor looks like it has never been mopped. There is nowhere safe to store your luggage - putting some cheap lockers in the basement would easily solve that. There is no electric kettle (stovetop only) you need a lighter to work the stove.
