Salt Water Hostel

Our hostel was created in a traditional Nicaraguan house in the heart of San Juan del Sur.

The location is perfect, we are located in the city center of San Juan del Sur and you can shortly walk from here to any store, bar, atm or supermarket around.

There are also many amazing and beautiful beaches to surf and explore. We can offer you a shuttle service to visit the ones you like the most.
The closest one is just two minutes walk from the hostel and you can find many different restaurants, bars and stores open during day & night.
Do you wanna surf but you just don't know where to start? no problem we got you! Just get ready for your class.

If you feel more like relaxing after a long day at the beach you can just chill in our chilling common area. You can enjoy the indoor lounge, relax and read or exchange a book in our bookstore. We also have a shared kitchen with a fridge you can totally use and a large garden with hammocks overlooking the bay where you can watch the sunset or just spend some time with friends. Also we are big family with 3 lovely dogs, the love to be part of the hostel.

In case you don't feel like cooking, we offer a delicious menu of typical Nicaraguan food in which you can discover the wonders of the country's gastronomy cooked with so much love by Mari.
She also knows how to get the best taste of many recipes from around the world with many organic products we bring from our farm located right inside the crater of volcano Mombacho.

You can aslo book a visit to our farm in which you would explore the jungle, walk the coffee fields, dive into natural volcano pools and learn so much about our precious fruits.

We have options of shared rooms with a private bathroom and also private rooms with air conditioning.
