Our hostel is 2-minute walk from the beach. Located in Pattaya, 200 m from Jomtien Beach, Scandia Beach Hostel Jomtien features air-conditioned rooms and a Bakery. The property is close to several well-known attractions, 2.5 km from Pattaya Pier, 3km from Pattaya City, and 100 m from Rompho Market. The accommodation provides a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, a shared lounge, and free WiFi throughout the Hostel.
At the hostel, each room is fitted with a wardrobe. Guest rooms include a private bathroom, a hairdryer, and bed linen.
Guests at Scandia Beach Hostel can enjoy a good breakfast.

4) Payment on Arrival: Cash and credit card

This is a terrible place to stay! No place to keep a bottle with water in Fridge is forbidden for the hostel the pool is only 1feet deep!!! Do not pay in advance! No refunds…Personal terrible! Stay away if you can!

Sleazy, dirty hostel. Beds steps away and 1 very broken unsecure door from a main bar strip. Felt very unsafe and like it had only one purpose (and this was unfortunately not sleep as I was looking for).

we only stayed there two nights but we were so glad when we left. we felt so unsafe that the two of us slept in one bed even though we booked two. There is only one room with 18 beds and no window. It felt like a really dark place. The Hostel is in the middle of a bar street of sextourism. The only good think was that its close to the beach and there is a pool. We really would not recommend staying here.
