3. Cancellation policy: 3 day advance notice for free cancellation
- In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.
4. Payment: cash, credit card or PayPal upon checking in
5. Taxes: included
6. Breakfast: not included
7. No curfew
8. No smoking in rooms, but designated area is provided
9. Child policy: children are allowed
10. Orchid Guest House is a pet-friendly property
11. Reception working hours: 24 hours

It’s a fantastic hostel with a great staff who’re incredibly friendly and helpful. The common areas really are inviting and do a great job getting people to socialize, I really would recommend having this be your base when you’re in Phu Quoc

This hostel was a fantastic place to stay, James the owner is certainly 1 of a kind and great fun, good banter and very helpful.
Great social atmosphere with many different nationalities. Definitely a great place to stay in Phu Quoc even if you are over 40!! Made to feel so welcome by everyone ❤️
