Caleta Hostel Rooftop & Poolis located less than a kilometer away from the beach and walking distance from Puerto Cancun. Located Right next to the Soriana supermarket. Take a Bus or van from the airport to the ADO bus station, we are located just in front of it.

Cancellation policy: 3 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

Check in from 14:00 to 22:00 .
Check out before 11:00 .

IMPORTANT BOKINGS ARRIVING AFTER 10PM : All bookings arriving after 10pm must be fully paid, security will hand you your room key after showing ID.
You can check-in after 10pm, just make sure your reservation is paid in full. We have security 24h, after 10pm front desk leaves all fully paid reservations with their room key to Security, and they give them to the Guests when they show their ID.
You will be charged to your credit or debit card the pending balance of your booking, on the day of arrival before 9pm.

Payment upon arrival by cash, credit & debit cards.
This property may pre-authorize your card before arrival.
A Credit card needs to be pre-authorized for a Damage Deposit at chek-in.
