DJL Hostel is part of Davy Jones' Locker Diving, although non-divers are more than welcome to use our excellent facilities. It is located in the heart of Mae Haad, 100 meters from the pier, with excellent bars and restaurants to suit all budgets nearby. The accommodation is free for our divers. Please check-in to hostel at dive shop.
The beds are new and in private capsules with plug sockets and lights in each bunk. There are hot showers and Air conditioners in the room, and the smoking area outside. The famous DJL BAR is attached, with Internet television, WIFI, and a chill-out area, welcome shots on your first night!
Property Terms & Policies:
1) Check-in from 13:00
2) Check out Before 11:00
3) Reception working hours: 9:00 – 18:30
Please let us know if you will arrive at the hostel after 18:30.
4) Payment on Arrival: Cash and credit card
Credit card payments will have a 3% surcharge.
5) Cancellation or amendment must be made 24 hours in advance prior to arrival.
6) Breakfast is not included.
7) NO smoking in Room, but have a smoking area.

Honestly, the wifi is super slow in the hostel. Second you cannot get your Money if you want to check out before 9 am because the reception is not open yet. Other than that a pretty solid hostel.

Great place to stay at a really affordable price, the staff are really friendly and the bar/common area has a great atmosphere with free tea & coffee! Some of the toilet & shower doors don’t lock is the only downside but aside from that everything was great

Great for your money. Pretty clean. Very lowkey vibes and super close to the pier, I left tacoshack to come back here
