I didn’t catch her name, but the woman at the concierge with the dark hair and tattoos was very kind. Was a lovely stay in a beautiful location!

L’emplacement est super. Il n’y a rien à dire. L’auberge est vraiment située en plein cœur du vieux port de Montréal. Le personnel est serviable et gentil. Cependant, la propreté (des toilettes/douches surtout) est un grand point d’interrogation. Il est vrai qu’avec le prix proposé, on ne s’attend pas à un grand lux. Mais un minimum s’impose quand même. Il me semble qu’il ne faut pas compter sur les gens, il faut peut être penser à recruter du personnel pour le ménage.

It was okay, if your in the female dorm downstairs you won’t get any WiFi down there which really sucked there is also no plugs up top if your on the top bunk which was annoying plus it was freezing the first night I was there and I didn’t realise there where proper blankets upstairs as all they give you is a sheet to sleep with which I thought wasn’t enough but the next day I grabbed one from upstairs and it was much better otherwise the hostel pretty good!
