Valid credit card is required to secure your reservation. The Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to the guest's arrival to guarantee the room reservation. All payment must be done upon check-in and credit card physically swipe in our POS.If you choose to not pay online please contact us within the day of your booking to proceed to the bank transfer. If a deposit is not done after 24 hours your reservation might be cancel.

Full payment will be applied for the entire duration of 100% charge through guest credit card.INCIDENTAL DEPOSIT: Incidental deposit of Php 2,000.00 net per room per night shall be required upon check-in by cash or credit card. Incidental charges will be on guests’ accounts unless otherwise advised, and should be settled in full individually upon check-out by cash or credit card.

Cancellation policies
STANDARD CANCELLATION: Any cancellation or modification received within 14 days prior to arrival date 100% of the entire stay will be charged, 15 - 30 days first night will be charged. 31 days and up Rebooking (subject to availability).
PROMOTION CANCELLATION: No cancellation or modification. No refund.NO - SHOW: In case of no-show 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged as a cancellation fee and NO REFUND will be given
