The Camper Lodge is an eco-resort located in Khao Sok, Surat Thani, Thailand. Our bungalows are shipping containers lined with wood on the inside offering comfortable accommodation. It is located on the Hollywood Cliff, exactly on the site where the famous movie Gold was filmed in 2016. That’s why our bungalows have the word Gold written on them.

The area is beautiful and the staff is great! It is a bit further away from the national park, but they offer a free ride at specific times. The food is delicious. I feel like they're still in the beginning stages, so I missed a couple things in the dorm like lockers and a trashcan. I felt safe leaving my stuff, but something to keep in mind. The showers were also cold, but this was kinda refreshing after a hot thai hiking day! Just some things to keep in mind :)

This was a dream manifesting for us. location is wonderful, right in the middle of the road between the entrance of the national park and the pier. At the camper lodge you are actually immersed in nature from top to bottom. the nights are mesmerizing and the days are lush and quiet. I want to especially give a big thank you to the amazing staff and to the great Sut, super kind and friendly guy. If you go give him a big high five from us ✌ï¸

I would definitely recommend this property and would like to stay again. Son (the owner) was very kind and personally picked me up as I was stuck about 20 minutes away and could not access a taxi. The staff are very accomodating and great food. It’s a family style stay, but for the price it felt like a resort getaway in the mountains. I spoke to other travellers and all were very friendly but also a respectful atmosphere for others privacy if you want to do your own thing. Loved my stay ☺ï¸
