*Entry is not allowed for minors. Access is only permitted for guests aged 18 and over.

*Rates are set in USD, and prices displayed in other currencies are for reference only.

*Argentine nationals must add 21% VAT to the published price.

*A physical and original identification is required at check-in. Passport or national ID card must be presented.

*Free modifications or cancellations are allowed up to 48 hours before your check-in. After this period, or in case of no-show, the total reservation amount will be charged to the credit card used for booking.

*Once this deadline has passed, the property may charge the full amount of your reservation within the 48 hours prior to your arrival, using the credit card provided at booking. If the charge cannot be processed, we will contact you before canceling the reservation.

*Reception is open 24 hours. If you will be arriving after 11:00 PM, please email us at calafate@viajerohostels.com.

*We offer a luggage storage service where you can leave your bags free of charge on check-in and check-out days. After this time, a fee of USD 10 per day will apply (subject to availability).

*Alcoholic beverages and psychoactive substances are not allowed on the premises. Smoking is prohibited inside the rooms and public areas; designated smoking areas are available.

*Small pets (up to 17 kilograms/34 lbs) are allowed only in private rooms, with a maximum of 2 pets per room. he pet's stay has an additional amount to the reservation value that must be paid at check-in. Service or guide dogs are always permitted in any of our outlets and are exempt from charges, provided that the owner presents a certificate confirming the dog is a service or guide dog. A copy of the pet’s passport must be presented at check-in. *Additional policies regarding pet care during your stay will be provided at check-in.

*We respect the rest time of our travelers, so please observe quiet hours from 00:00 AM to 7:00 AM daily.

*We have lockers in shared dorms, but you need your own padlock. If you don’t have one, you can purchase it at reception.
