Direct bus to Barcelona Center!
Vilanova Park is located in Vilanova i la Geltrú, about 40 km away from Barcelona. There is a direct bus to Barcelona, which frequently leaves from the entrance of the campsite to Barcelona Center. There is also a local bus which runs every 30 minutes to the town.
An ideal stopover for backpackers, cyclists, walkers, individuals, groups, families and those who enjoy the outdoors. Vilanova Park offers many activities and services to its guests while they are on holiday. The Campsite is instantly recognizable by its brand name, and backed up by a reputation for good quality, en-suite accommodation in apartments, chalets, bungalows, mobilhomes or caravans, cleanliness and a safe, comfortable environment.
Guests may lounge by the 1000 square metres pool which boasts a luminous fountain and a children's swimming pool, have dinner in the wonderful restaurant or take a nice walk to the sandy beach. There is also a bus service to the beach. Or enjoy the indoor swimming pool all the year round.

1.) it isn’t a community hostile, it’s a small house.
2.) there’s a random $150 down payment
3.) it takes forever to check in and out (about 30 min)
4.) it’s not in Barcelona, it’s in Vilanova Park. Which is a 40 min train and a 10 min cab ride or a 1 hour bus away.
5.) the hostel had a bug in it when I was walking around it for the first time.
Overall, horrible experience and quite honestly will not look for another hostel again and just stick with hotels from now on.

Great price for a nice and simple
cot, really nice and extremely helpful and smiling staff who led us to our door, no problems with our late arrival the security guard checked us in, gated premises. Very high quality.

Good price for a short term stay with a kitchen and ensuite. We had spent the week prior to this in Barcelona and came here just to sunbathe and relax, so it suited us perfectly. I had an overall pleasant experience with staff; I had to check out early because of an early flight and the security in reception was very nice and helpful. There was one receptionist who was definitely new or undertrained who I had several dealings with who did not seem to know what she was doing but overall good.
