Otherwise you will be charged for the total of the 1st night of accommodation. - For NON REFUNDABLE bookings the reservation will be 100% charged when booked and we will accept no changes or cancellations. If the payment method is not valid the reservation will be cancelled. - NO SHOWS will result in the full charge of the reservation
During Semana Santa and Feria de Abril our cancellation policy is the following:
Reservations for Holy Week and April Fair, 01st April to 9th April (inclusive) and 22nd to 29th April (inclusive), can be cancelled without fee 14 days before arrival. If the reservation is cancelled after 14 days before arrival we will charge the total amount of the reservation as a cancellation fee.

Our shower constantly kept getting jammed so we would go hours without having it fixed therefor no bathroom and shower.
No curtains = no privacy which is annoying

the good:
- clean for the most part, though there was a large silverfish (or the spanish equivalent) creeping around our wc at night so watch out for him
- air conditioning!
- the area felt very safe and the app door key worked well
- under bed storage was pretty large (fit my osprey aura 50 and i could spread out my packing cubes fine)
- staff was very friendly! PM front desk spoke english as well for those lingually challenged like myself :)

It started off a bit rocky as I had booked the other Oasis location (coworking), got there to check in, and they informed me I was actually given a room at the Palace. It was frustrating after a long, hot day of travel BUT it ended up being a great thing because I loved this hostel. It was clean, the big rooms/bed arrangements made it easy to re pack, and there were big lockers under the bed with more than enough space for multiple backpacks. This is a fun, social hostel. Cool rooftop, good breakfast.
